BRINGING A DILIGENT PROCESS

It is important to understand our client’s needs. We have a three step process. To ensure we fully understand what our clients needs are met and to ensure we execute precisely.

MTP Account Executives work with clients to review existing infrastructure and requests to identify current issues, pain points, and determine their goals and needs. We call this step “Discovery”.

Step 2. Design and Planning

MTP AE’s and Solutions Engineers review the discovery to design solutions for products and services that meet the client’s goals. We call this step “Design and Planning”.

Step 3. Onboarding and Implementation

Finally, we have step 3,” Onboarding and Implementation”. We work together with our clients to execute the process as seamless as possible with little to no impact to the live production environment.
